• Kies Courier Guy as jy verlang dat jou bestelling by jou deur afgelewer word. Die koste beloop R80 per aflewering. 

• Kies Pargo as jy jou bestelling by ‘n Pargo punt naby jou wil optel (daar is meer as 2 500 punte regoor die land). Die koste beloop R50 per aflewering. 

Terwyl daar ‘n ooglopende gerief daaraan verbonde is dat ‘n bestelling by jou deur afgelewer word, is daar ook belangrike redes waarom jy dalk eerder sou verkies om dit by ‘n optelpunt op te tel. Dit mag dalk wees dat aflewerings by jou werk nie toegelaat word nie of ongerieflik is, of dat daar nie deurlopend iemand by jou tuisadres is wat jou pakkie kan ontvang nie, of dat sekere adresse/liggings vanweë ‘n verskeidenheid van redes ontoeganklik is vir koeriers, of dat jy by verskeie punte ook na-ure jou pakkie kan optel, of omdat daar in sommige afgeleë plekke waar gewoonlik nie maklik deur deur-tot-deur aflewering gedoen word nie, die kans steeds baie goed is vir ‘n plaaslike optelpunt. 

Wanneer word my bestelling afgelewer? 

• Normaalweg behoort jy jou bestelling binne vyf werksdae te ontvang. Indien voorraad of ander hindernisse probleme vir spoedige aflewering veroorsaak, sal jy in kennis gestel word en moontlike opsies vir hantering aan jou voorgehou word.

• Jy kan die vordering met jou bestelling onder My Rekening > Bestellings volg.
